Every year, Adams County Farm Bureau receives meat donations (pork and beef) from local farmers across the county. The Foundation pays for the processing of that meat and gives it to local food pantries in the area.

As an Adams County farm girl myself, I grew up seeing how farmers care for both their land and their neighbors. That same spirit of compassion is alive today in the way our farmers continue to feed their community. Poor nutrition is often a side effect of poverty, and a gift of protein can make a meaningful difference in the health and strength of our guests.
